Job Title: Technical Coordinator

Your salary: £45,000 – £55,000

Where: Middlesex

Who you’ll be working for:

A company that has grown from a small family owned firm to one of the most successful house builders in the UK.

The business function on projects consisting of traditional build, timber frame, RC frame and large mix-use developments.

Some of your responsibilities:

* Handle all programming technicalities
* Make accurate decisions, such as establishing training times, methods or procedures
* Determine when hardware or software equipment needs preventative maintenance or general repairs/replacement
* Control budgets

You:

* Must have 5 years in an assistant technical coordinators role/2 years in a technical coordinator role
* Must have design, construction or architectural degree/equivalent
* Architecture or engineering preference
* Stable work history 3 years with one company as a minimum
