Job Title: SYSPRO ERP Consultant

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled SYSPRO ERP Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide consultancy, support, and implementation services for SYSPRO ERP and associated products. Working closely with clients, you’ll address business process challenges and deliver tailored solutions. A solid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, inventory management, MRP, and financial processes is essential. You will contribute to project management and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide consultancy services for SYSPRO ERP, both remotely and on-site
Recommend process improvements and system configurations
Implement system enhancements and configurations
Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
Participate in team-based projects
Implement SYSPRO ERP solutions for new clients
Perform system upgrades for existing clients
Manage and manipulate SQL databases using SQL tools
Provide 2nd line support for SYSPRO ERP users
Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations
Produce comprehensive project, handover, and technical documentation
Conduct client training and product demonstrations

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

At least 2 years of experience working with SYSPRO ERP
Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP consultancy or support
Strong proficiency in SQL Server administration, queries, and programming
Solid understanding of business processes in manufacturing and distribution
Basic knowledge of UK accounting practices and terminology

Desirable:
Experience with the following is advantageous:

SYSPRO Business Objects
Crystal Reports
VB Scripts
MS Access and MS Excel
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Label printing tools like BarTender or NiceLabel
Software such as riteSCAN, ZAP BI, TRAILD, CADLink, TransLution, DataScope, or NetStock

Qualifications:
While no formal qualifications are required, relevant experience is essential.

A valid UK driving licence is necessary for travel to client sites.
