An exceptional opportunity for a female support worker to join our team. You’ll provide one-to-one care for someone with intellectual disabilities and communication needs. The successful candidate will work in pairs in an annexe on the tenant’s family land. You’ll assist with daily activities, attend community events, and support the tenant through life’s challenges.

Previous care experience is not required, but experience with individuals with learning difficulties or disabilities is encouraged.

Support Worker Shifts / Hours
The role of Support Worker is full-time at 37.5 hours per week with shifts. You will be required to work a mix of early and late shifts, some weekends and some bank holidays. Some sleep-ins are also required at a rate of 67.50 per night.
