Brook Street Social Care are now recruiting a Support Worker to work with our client in Halifax – HX3, supporting children and young people.
As a support worker you will help people with learning disabilities to live safe, fulfilling, and dignified lives in supported accommodation.
Our services offer 1:1 support for young people from the ages of 17 to 25 with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities and mental health issues.

Shifts & Pay:
12h shifts available
Day Shift 9am-9pm, 11.50ph
Night shift 9pm-9am, 12.00ph
Please note that your night shift finish time might very if you do a waking night support. This is due to detail handover which must be completed at the end of your shift.
