Do you have excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting vulnerable people and making an impact in people’s lives?

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our clients’ team near Ashford, Kent. Sadly, due to the location – you must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car.

As a Support Worker, you will:

• Help residents identify and achieve their personal goals and ambitions
• Provide practical and personal support in a caring, approachable, and person-centred manner.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver a safe, high-quality, and inclusive service.
• Work flexible shifts, including early and late shifts, weekends, and bank holidays, as part of a weekly rota.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a genuine desire to support others in transforming their lives.

What you’ll need:

• Ideally 6 months plus experience working in a care setting.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Brilliant team work skills and ability to lone work also.
• Willingness to work towards a Level 2 Diploma (or higher) in Health & Social Care
• A responsible, dedicated, and flexible approach to work
