We are looking for a Strategy Manager to join a growing, Manchester-based, Marketing Agency.

Thought-leaders, the business is hugely welcome to fresh ideas and wants individuals willing to collaborate and share innovative ideas.

As a Strategy Manager, you ll take the lead on delivering best-in-class strategy for new & existing clients, while also supporting the wider Strategy & Insights offering within the agency.

As a senior member of the team, drawing on your experience, you ll be able to interrogate briefs and aid delivery upon organic socials, paid media, & influencer marketing.

Join a truly authentic agency, working with some huge Tier 1 clients, particularly in the beauty, FMCG, & lifestyle niches.

About You:

• 3+ years in a strategy-focused role
• A broad marketing understanding (Organic Socials, Paid Socials, Influencer Marketing)
• A leader; can formulate strategy, and understand/translate key priorities
• An exceptional communicator and able to work as part of a wider team
• Comfortable with internal execution handovers
• A can-do attitude and an ability to problem-solve
