Job Title- Sourcing Associate – Account Manager

Location – Greater Manchester Hybrid with some travel

Salary- 35k – 38k

The Role –

• Communicate on progress to network of residential real estate professionals, including agents and developers.
• Proactively seek out potential deals through research, sharing them with the sourcing manager
• Attend property events to grow property network.
• Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships with developers and agents, become their first point of contact once a deal has been agreed and work collaboratively with them to complete and record the due diligence.
• Identify and contact local agents to validate pricing and lettings information on potential deals.
• Occasional travel to meet developers across the country, mostly although not exclusively, in the North of England and Midlands
• Manage the contract process, overseeing due diligence and valuation analysis on target developments, ensuring that comprehensive appraisals are undertaken to deliver high quality deals.
• Prepare agreed deals for launch to clients – working with other PH departments for handover e.g. Care Team & Marketing and 3rd party suppliers including but not exclusively Brokers & Solicitors, Agents and Developers
• Report as required on KPIs & weekly activity.

• Have a flexible approach and be able to pivot quickly when needed
• Strong Excel skills and be able to analyse data
• A strong problem solver
• Ideally from a property background
