As a 360 Recruitment Consultant you are supported by their advanced technology systems., my client offers people the flexibility to work from home if a emergency requires after onboarding and performing, they are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why they offer a fantastic work/life balance to all.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a 360 Recruitment Consultant in Ashford Kent will include:

• Proactively developing new and existing industrial business by identifying and establishing client relationships
• Business to business outbound sales calls
• Travelling to visit clients for meetings
• Sourcing and recruiting warehouse and cleaning staff for temporary bookings
• Managing existing Accounts and relationships
• Service management – compliance, administration, updating systems
