Site Manager/Production Manager | Kent | New Build Developments.

The Company:

Our client is an established developer who specialise in traditional/high-end builds. They are a family owned business who have huge growth plans for 2017.

Due to ongoing project, this latest project is looking after the production of their modular builds factory from the initial stages of productions all the way to the product set up on site.

The Role:

Reporting to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following;

* Ensure that the programmed dates are achieved
* Assist the contractors and subcontractors to ensure they have a full understanding of the required program dates
* Ensure that all building operations are carried out in a safe manner and that all method statements and risk assessments have been reviewed and checklists completed
* Conduct and monitor tool box meetings, health & safety training and TQM training, including site inductions and site training are conducted as necessary
* Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest standards of quality
* Assess the quality of work at all stages.

To be successful in the role you will possess the following skills and attributes:

* Background in modular builds/offsite construction is advantageous but NOT essential.
* We will consider individuals from a Developer, Main-contractor and Sub-contractor background as long as you are passionate and have longevity in your roles.
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid
* Have excellent communication skills
* Excellent Leadership skills
* Must be computer literate
