Site Manager Commercial Build & Fit-Out Project
Location: Stowmarket
Contract Length: 10 Months
Start: ASAP

We are currently looking for a skilled and driven Site Manager to take charge of a commercial build and internal fit-out scheme in Stowmarket. This is a long-term role lasting approximately 10 months, suited for a professional with solid experience in both structural construction and high-spec interior delivery.

Role Overview:

• Lead site activities from groundwork to project handover

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors across both core build and fit-out stages

• Deliver the project in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations

• Uphold all site Health & Safety procedures and ensure compliance across all operations

• Conduct site meetings, daily briefings, and toolbox talks

• Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth progress

• Maintain accurate site records and assist with achieving a defect-free completion

Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrable experience in commercial construction and interior fit-out management

• Must hold SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White Card), and First Aid certification

• Strong leadership and organisational skills with excellent communication abilities

• Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and to deadlines without compromising on safety or quality

• Ideally located within easy reach of Stowmarket
