Site Manager – New Build Residential – Canterbury, CT1 – One Week – £250 Per Day

Site Manager. Our client, a regional contractor specialising in New Build Residential projects throughout the UK, are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join their ongoing project team in Canterbury, Kent.

In order to be suitable for this role, you must have previous experience of working as a Site Manager, and also ideally have previous experience of working on New Build Residential Projects. Working as part of a larger site team, you will be responsible for managing an area of works, reporting to an on-site Site/Project Manager, and assisting on site as required, with duties including delivering inductions, checking and signing off RAMS, monitoring progress against the site programme, amending as required and undertaking site standard reviews.

Our client are a fantastic medium sized contractor, who offer brilliant opportunities within their organisation for progression and further development within the organisation. Ideally you will already hold CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS as a minimum.
