PSR Solutions are working with an established client within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit a Site Agent / Manager to Join their Production team on a permanent basis. This role will be working across Water projects around the Midlands .

Site Agent / Manager Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from design phase to completion including all handover documentation
• Review progress, budget resources and forward planning
• Review work packages and ensure scope of work is clearly defined and understood
• Develop and maintain construction programmes with internal teams
• Co-ordinate and manage site investigations during the ongoing construction process
• Develop engineering solutions in order that a buildable cost-effective construction solution is delivered that fulfils the client’s requirements
• Ensure detailed site diaries/records are completed

Site Agent / Manager Requirements

• CSCS Managers Card
• SMSTS
• Experience working and delivering on Water Infrastructure Projects is advantageous
• A Background working across Civils related Projects
• Management Site Engineers
• Good legal/contractual knowledge
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driving licence

Site Agent / Manager Benefits

• Salary – 40,000 – 60,000 DOE
• Based in Midlands
• Company Car or Car Allowance
• Company pension
