Site Agent, Scunthorpe, 12 months work, £275 – £350 per day PAYE or Umbrella

Site Manager/Agent required to work on a tunnelling project in Scunthorpe for 12 + months.

Hays Civil Engineering are delighted to be working with this Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Contractor, in supporting their recruitment for a Site Agent/Manager.

You’ll be working on a tunnelling project in the Scunthorpe area which is a key part of their operations. This role is for up to 12 months.

You’ll be an experienced Construction Management professional, and have experience working within a Site Management role on civil projects previously.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and motivate the site team
• Support the PM in driving the project programme to achieve key deliverables and project milestones
• SHEQ and Environmental Management
• Stakeholder Management
• Commercial and cost management
• Completing project handovers
• Subcontract and labour resource management

You will have:

• Previous Site Management experience
• NEC 4 contract knowledge
• HNC degree in Civil Engineering
• SMSTS
• CSCS
