Independent Housebuilder based in Shropshire looking to add to their Technical Team with the addition of an experienced Services & Adoptions Engineer/ Technical Coordinator to manage the procedure of adoption works for highways, sewers and other important site infrastructure for new housing developments across the region. The day-to-day role of Services & Adoptions Engineer will be diverse, interesting and challenging, working within a tight-knit team to produce quality developments. You will be involved with multiple developments from land acquisition & feasibility studies, through planning and build to handover. You will liaise with the Local Authority, Water Companies and Environment Agencies in respect of site inspections; You will manage the adoption of roads, sewers, pumping stations and open spaces covered under Section 38 & S278 and Section 102 and 104 agreements.
