Service Co-ordinator – Be the Driving Force in Our Dynamic Team!

We are a rapidly expanding HVAC, Mechanical, and Fire Safety service and installation company, and we re looking for a highly motivated Service Coordinator to support our team. Ideal Candidate

• Excellent communication, organisational skills, and time management
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams as well as clients to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• General knowledge or experience of working within a similar Service Industry would be desirable, but not necessary as training will be provided

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling engineers for tasks and assignments
• Coordinating and scheduling planned maintenance, repairs, call outs
• Managing the diary for the Engineers and ensuring it is up to date
• Responding to inbound calls and responding effectively to enquiries
• Providing general office support and administration
• Upgrading quoted works
• Raising PO for suppliers/Engineers
• Hiring of Equipment
• Completing data entry tasks to a high level of accuracy
• Serving as the first point of contact for all queries
• Liaising with staff, suppliers, subcontractors and clients

Requirements

• Experience as a Service Coordinator
• Strong IT/Technical skills
• Experience with diary management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail, planning & organisational skills
• Ability to work well to deadlines and able to multitask and prioritise
• Self-motivated
• Reliable and flexible

Working Hours

This Service CoOrdinator role will be full time working hours 8am 5pm Monday to Thursday & Friday’s 8am – 4pm. You will be required to work in the office located in Sevenoaks

Full time hours: Office Based – Job Types: Permanent

Salary:

£25,000 – £27,000 per year Pro-rata depending on experience
