The company is customer orientated and has a strong understanding of consumer needs to provide specialist solutions for high end clients like Red Bull and Jaguar Landover.You will play an integral role using your technical knowledge to provide support to the service team maintaining this global companies renowned reputation where you will be working directly with Tier one OEMs. This role would suit a talented technical coordinator with a knowledge of engineering looking for a role with comprehensive training to progress their career.The Role:

• Contracting external calibration labs for servicing, calibration, and repair of calibration equipment
• Supporting internal and external quality audits
• Plan and track the location of test and measurement equipment for laboratory and field service engineers
• Work within the service repair team and coordinate the repair and calibration of tasks
• Dealing with customer calibration certificates ownership and planning, including correct protocols
• Provide expert admin support for import / export along with coordination
• Collaborate with clients to ensure customer are notified of calibration due dates and c-ordination of deliveries and dispatch locally
