As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll lead with heart and skill, guiding your team through each shift while ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care.

What You ll Do:

• Lead, support, and inspire your team.
• Manage staff inductions, supervisions, rotas, and more.
• Handle the ordering of medication and maintain accurate care plans.
• Mentor and train staff to continually improve skills.
• Be the friendly face for residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure everyone s safety and well-being while performing hands-on care duties.

What You ll Need:

• Care experience with an NVQ3 (or higher).
• A solid understanding of national care standards and mandatory training.
• Own transport
