Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their Estate Agents based near Dartford, Kent

The role entails (but is not limited to):

• Maintaining the firms reputation for excellent customer service.
• Meeting with clients to ensure their interests are maintained.
• Prospecting and listing lettings properties and growing the portfolio of clients.
• Navigating the negotiation process efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties.
• Promoting all services provided by the company.

A successful candidate will have:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• At least 2 years experience within listings.
• A full UK driving licence with own transport.
• The ability to adhere to all regulatory requirements.
• An excellent attitude and a lot of enthusiasm.
• Great knowledge of Dartford and the surrounding areas.
• A target driven mentality.

The salary for this position is £25,000 per annum with the OTE being between £40,000 and £45,000.

This role is full-time 5 days a week to include Saturdays. A day off in the week is given instead.
