A reputable and long standing Consultancy are seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor with a proven track record of acting as an Employers Agent/Client Representative.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent will be heavily involved in a mix of residential, education, hospitality and mixed use projects valuing up to £20m.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent Role

Based in Kent, however, working on projects across London and the South East, the successful Surveyor will:

• Manage projects from inception to completion
• Prepare contractual and tender contracts
• Ensure that the Employers duties are fulfilled
• Act as the Employer’s Agent/Client Representative/Contract Administrator

The Senior Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent

• A surveying related degree
• Employers Agent experience
• Residential development project experience would be helpful
• Team player and diligent worker
