As a Senior Property Manager you will provide property management and tenancy administration support services to branches, landlords and tenants. Key responsibilities of a Senior Property Manager
- Supporting our 22 lettings offices with managing repairs
- Offering our landlords and tenants exemplary customer service when dealing with all aspects of property management
- Conducting routine property visits in and around our area
- Learning the lettings process and legislation to ensure you can offer the best advice to our landlords
Skills and Experience required to be successful as a Senior Property Manager.
- Full UK Driving License & access to own vehicle
- Must be very organised and able to manage their own time effectively.
- Is accurate and demonstrates good attention to detail.
- Must have good customer service skills.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Is able to work under pressure in a positive way during busy periods in this fast paced environment.
- Previous experience working in Lettings or having ARLA (or equivalent) qualifications would be an advantage (not compulsory)
