Senior Operator (Nights)

A number of Senior Operators are required by this FMCG manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Ashford.

These are permanent roles working a 10pm to 6am shift Monday to Friday.

Your role as a Senior Operator is to assist the team leaders with the smooth running of the production lines, ensuring KPIs are met and all designated tasks are completed within the time frames. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Please note to be considered for this role you must be able to drive to get to the location and work a rotating shift rota.

Rate of pay is dependent on experience.
