ISQ Recruitment is working with a reputable food packaging business in Kent seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join the team. This company is dedicated to quality, offering industry-leading traceability and is committed to operating in the most environmentally sustainable manner.

Role Summary
You would be responsible for the accurate production of monthly management accounts, accompanying variance analysis, capacity modelling for the short and longer term of the operation, compiling the company budget, and calculating all commercial packing rates requested by Customers.

• Debtor & Creditor day management & control
• Treasury management
• Project management / Investment appraisal
• Stakeholder, Customer & Supplier relationships
• Business profitability
• General compliance
• Management & delivery of budgets
• Waste reduction & claims management

Key Criteria & Qualifications

• ACA, ACMA, or ACCA qualified Accountant
• Previous experience as a Finance Manager
• Previous experience of working in fresh produce
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel intermediate, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Excellent written & oral communication
• Strong understanding of IT
