The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Conveyancer looking for career progression to join our fantastic Residential Conveyancing team in Pembury.

You will need to demonstrate your expertise in relation to Residential Conveyancing, including all stages of the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties. Additionally, you can expect to undertake remortgages, transfers and releases of equity, lease extensions and some development work.

Key Tasks

• Handle a variety of residential property matters and demonstrate the ability to hit the ground running.
• Manage your own caseload and take an active part in building and maintaining effective client relationships, complying with CQS standards at all times.
• Possess strong technical knowledge and a keen interest in business development, with a proactive approach to risk management.
• Prioritise client care, consistently delivering top-quality service by going above and beyond expectations.
• Supervision and management of the team members.
• Exhibit enthusiasm for personal and professional growth, with the desire to progress within the department.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Residential Property Solicitor, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer with 4+ years PQE
• Value working in a fast-paced team
• Be enthusiastic, self-motivated and organised
• Be committed to delivering exceptional client care
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Excellent IT skills capable of using the firm s case management system and working in a paperless office

Terms

Location: Pembury, Tunbridge Wells, Kent (office-based)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm
