TITLE
Senior Contracts Manager

INTRODUCTION
Our client, an award-winning and rapidly expanding commercial flooring supplier and installer, is looking to grow its existing team with the appointment of an experienced hands-on Senior Contracts Manager. A fantastic time to join a business in a positive transition and growth period.

LOCATION
Hybrid role – approx. 2 days p/week from an office near Gatwick. 3 days p/week client/site based (most project sites across London and South East, with some national travel).

• Ideal home locations: Kent, Surrey, Sussex, South London.

THE JOB ROLE
The Senior Contracts Manager role is a hands-on leadership position with project, strategic, commercial and customer experience goals. The role entails:

• Overall responsibility for the success of the contracts and installations division.
• Leadership of 4+ professional commercial product installers (plus recruitment and development of additional team).
• Hands-on surveying and project management responsibilities for major projects.
• Ensuring weekly / monthly operational effectiveness, efficiency and project delivery.
• Delivery of key revenue and margin goals for the business.

THE PERSON NEEDED
For the Senior Contracts Manager role, our client is looking for:

• Prior hands-on, site-based, experience leading contracts, project or installations teams.
• Strong broad construction experience, preferably managing commercial projects.
• Relevant qualifications: SMSTS, SSSTS, CSCS etc.
• Confidence and capability in both project management and delivery, alongside budgeting, forecasting and delivering commercial goals.

THE REWARDS
£55-70K Basic salary (depending on experience) -15K Bonus
Expensed car or car allowance, company pension, opportunity for equity after 6 months.
