Key Responsibilities:
Acting as a key liaison between clients and engineers
Coordinating works ensuring the right equipment and labour are scheduled where they need to go
Following up and processing paperwork
Invoicing
Project coordination
The ideal candidate:
Have administration experience/experience in a similar role
Organised and ability to manage a high workload
Enthusiastic and ability to use own initiative
