Duties of this exciting opportunity will include:
Creating strong connections with prospective client though telephone sales
Keeping the database up to date
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
Advise customers on the products or packages they offer to suit their needs and support them with their finances and accounting
Issue sales packs and agreements to customers
Liaise with internal teams to handover customer details
Administration support as and when required in line with the role
Key qualities desired for the role:
Excellent communication skills
1 years + outbound customer service/sales call experience
Good IT skills
Confident starting conversations and building relationships with new people
Determined to do well and work hard to succeed
Hardworking, driven and self-motivated
The ability to build great relationships with a passion for sales
