Renault Retail Group seeks an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our busy Renault Liverpool dealership on Sefton Street, L8.
This role will involve supporting our vehicle sales process on behalf of our New Car Sales Department. Specific duties include administration related to the sales process, assisting with customer satisfaction surveys, deal file preparation and compliance, preparing and finalising invoices, assisting with part-exchange progression, monitoring stock availability, creating customer orders on factory systems, and supporting the Sales Manager in ad hoc tasks and duties related to the efficient running of the department. There will be an emphasis on ensuring timely and professional dealings with all internal and external customers.
A unique short-term project will be our migration from one CRM to another. The selected individual will help the department Manager on all aspects of information transfer, staff training rota, 1-2-1 guidance, and raising queries with the software provider on behalf of team members as and when needed.
As the selected individual improves in their day-to-day work, then we expect the individual to develop into carrying out similar support and admin functions for our Used Car Sales Team and Fleet colleagues at Branch.
We seek candidates with experience in motor retail administration. In particular dealership specific duties, such as handling vehicle sales orders, enquiry / lead distribution, stock admin, vehicle taxation, invoicing, progress chasing, raising of handover packs and chasing Customer Satisfaction surveys.
An acute attention to detail will also be required as several of the duties involve handling intricate and sensitive admin. Candidates must ideally have experience in using Keyloop Drive, Autoline, Kerridge, EnquiryMax, iDealFILE, Sales Docs or similar dealership systems / DMS. Experience with RaV/AFRL would also be useful. It is essential for candidates should have intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, which will be tested at interview.
This full-time role operates Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm with 30 minutes for lunch. Total 40 hours per week.
In return we will offer a basic salary of £27,000 per annum.
