The Role

This is an opportunity to join a young, friendly and energetic team with a core of retained estate management work and associated strategic consultancy. The successful candidate will be based in the Sevenoaks office and will be expected to work in a flexible, agile manner across the south east.

Duties can include but are not limited to:

• Day to day Estate Management
• Estate projects from inception through to completion
• Providing advise in respect of Landlord & Tenant
• Property management
• Strategic matters and general negotiation over property rights
• Lettings, sales and investment
• Identifying development opportunities

There is opportunity for the successful candidate to be involved with professional consultancy work such as valuations, compulsory purchase, telecoms, structural business review and restrictive covenant work.

Required Skills

• MRICS
• Relevant private practice experience
• Understanding of planning and development

Desired Skills

• CAAV
• FAAV
• RICS Registered Valuer
• Although desirable, these are not essential
