Position: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) AGENCY

Working Hours: Day/Night/Weekend Shifts/Rotational

Salary Range: 23 DAYS 26 NIGHTS AND SAT 30 SUNDAYS

Start Date: ASAP

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a ward-based setting.
• Manage patient admissions, discharges, and daily care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Monitor and assess patients’ mental health and physical wellbeing during their stay.
• Administer medication and maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and ensure the safety of patients and staff within the ward environment.
• Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including patient records and handovers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of care standards within the ward.
