A modern, forward thinking and dynamic Law firm are seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer (qualified or non-qualified) to join them in their exceptionally busy, growing offices in Ashford. This is a brand new role, created due to the firm’s continued success. The successful Residential Property Conveyancer will be responsible for a mixed case load of high quality matters to include:

• Sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold properties
• Remortgage
• Transfer of equity

The successful Residential Property Conveyancer will receive excellent administrative support, allowing you to focus on the legal aspects that you have trained to do!

The successful Residential Property Conveyancer will offer the following background/skill set:

• Have at least 2 years experience of fee earning within conveyancing – essential
• Ideally be qualified (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive) – not essential
• Solid communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships that stand the test of time
• Be highly client centric
• Be a keen team player with a “can do” attitude
• Willingness to learn – you will enjoy a comprehensive training program with a dedicated training budget
