Dandara Living is seeking a Resident Services Associate at our prestigious ‘The Point’ build-to-rent apartment complex in Aberdeen. With 342 apartments this presigious new building will allow someone to excel as part of the Resident Services Team on site, responsible for the customer experience for all contact residents and their guests have with Dandara Living and our schemes.

About the role

The Resident Services Associate will be joining us on a 0 hour contract, so will be covering planned annual leave and unplanned sickness amongst the team. This is a flexible contract that works around your busy personal life while simultaneously providing you with extra income!

Shift pattern: a combination of 9am to 6pm, 7am to 4pm and 10am to 7pm

Days/hours per week: varied

What you will do:

• Dealing with resident queries and complaints; incoming/outgoing post and parcels; vehicle parking; key issuing/replacements
• Conducting inventory checks; security walks and gym checks; move ins/outs and mid term inspections; applicant legal paperwork checks i.e Right to Rent and KYC Identification
• Supporting with open days/residential events, updating site wide portal communications; health & safety compliance; developing and maintaining a robust Resident Engagement Strategy
• Record contractor visits and complete on-site reports to include daily activity logs. Keeping a register of works carried out and issuing permits to work
• Ensure communal areas, such as bin stores, car parks, cycle stores are maintained and well kep
• Create handovers at the end of a shift for colleagues and security

What you will have:

Desirable

• Industry specific knowledge
• Knowledge or background of residential lettings and property management
• Knowledge of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme rules
• An understanding of the Right to Rent obligations

Essential

• IT literate
• Excellent customer service, organisation and communication skills
