Nottinghill Genesis are looking for multiple Resident Liaison Officers to assist with day-to-day housing management admin tasks due to staff shortages. You will also assist with tenancy reviews due to September deadline to convert fix term/probationary tenancies into full assured tenancies. You will assist with new build handover admin tasks from our delivery team into EMA team. The job is for initially 3 months Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. You will be in the office 2 days (usually Monday and Tuesday) the rest working from home.
As an RLO, you’ll be liaising directly with our residents and providing them with a great service through your interactions with them. You will be a key support in our newly formed External Managing Agent department and supporting our Property Managers and Housing Officers in their day-to-day tasks, and we’re looking for people who have customer service experience and excellent communication skills
Pay is 20.42 per hour PAYE
