Fantastic Registered Nurses required!We’re looking for dedicated Registered Nurses to assist the delivery of our services at Kitnocks House specialist nursing home in Curdridge. You will be caring for our residents who have complex needs.Basic houly rate of £19.20Overtime rate of £23.10 PLUS PAID BREAKSCornerstone Healthcare is a team of healthcare professionals that operate currently across Curdridge and Waterlooville in Hampshire and Mytchett in Surrey, specialising in neurological degenerative illness with complex mental and physical health issues and challenging behaviours.An exciting opportunity to be part of the leadership team in a high quality, progressive service, working a unique shift pattern of 7 days over a 14-day period. This unique working pattern is calculated on a 52 weeks per year, which means you actually only work 26 weeks of year based on a rota plus 5.6 weeks annual leave.On top of that, the minimum basic pay for this unique pattern is £40,840 per annum – not only is this a competitive salary this also includes:£3,122 per annum in paid breaks and handoversReimbursement of CPD fees for revalidation (up to £1,000 over 3 years) and we pay your NMC registration fee (subject to conditions)Enhanced disclosure cost coverage/ Update service automaticOngoing training including QualificationsHealth Cash PlanFree ParkingHeavily subsidised mealsFree UniformIf you are passionate about delivering a high-quality service for a company with an excellent reputation and plans to expand and develop further, we would like to hear from you.
