We are seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our client’s team. It is essential for this role that you hold a current NMC pin.
This role will be based at a care home, which caters to the needs of residents living with a range of age-related conditions, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions, including Dementia.

Responsibilities of Registered Nurse include:
Accurately complete nursing notes.
Assist in the safe ordering, storage, and administration of medication.
Ensure Care Plans and records are up to date and accurate.
Take responsibility for clinical calendar tasks.
Assess the needs of each resident daily and strive to improve the care delivered.
Comply with the NMC code of conduct at all times.
Respect each resident’s dignity and independence, regardless of their physical or mental abilities.
Lead handovers with care staff and nurses.
Communicate effectively, participating in daily meetings and sharing relevant information.
Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by your Manager.
What we’re looking for in a Registered Nurse: To succeed in this role, you should have a genuine caring nature and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. A valid Nursing Pin is essential, along with post-qualification experience in a clinical setting.
