Recruitment Resourcer

We are looking to recruit a recruitment resourcer to join Pertemps in our Maidstone branch.
This is a fast paced and varied role where you will be responsible for sourcing and registering candidates for temporary driving, industrial or office work.
Main duties will include;
– Creating and posting job adverts to attract applicants
– Reviewing CVs, filtering and short listing
– Interviewing and registering candidates, carrying out all compliance checks
– Coordinating temporary workers into temp assignment and managing their availability

You could be from an administration, customer service or coordination experience. A recruitment background would be ideal but not essential.
You should be a ‘people person’, confident and have a good telephone manner.

Working hours are 08.30-17.30 with flexibility required.
This is a permanent role paying 25k pa.
