Job Description
Join the esure team as a part-time Receptionist!
As a member of the facilities team, you will ensure that all services provided by the reception team operate efficiently to assist with the smooth operation of the business.
You will provide and maintain reception services to the standards required to facilitate and promote the business productivity, with minimum risk to efficiency and personal safety, pro-active financial control and asset management and be constantly prepared for change.
Experience in a front of hour role is required for this position. The ideal candidate should meet and greet all internal/external customers in a friendly and open manner whilst maintaining a positive demeanor.
This is a part-time role based on 18 – 21 hours per week: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
