Hours can be flexible covering either 8am – 1pm OR 8am – 4pm
Pay: £11.50 – £14ph (depending on experience)

Are you a highly organised and outgoing individual looking for a temporary receptionist role? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic team as a receptionist!
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area. Your excellent phone manner and ability to adapt to different situations will be key in ensuring smooth operations for our client.
This is a temporary role starting on Friday 1st August 2024, initially this will be for 4 weeks until the end of August but could potentially go on longer.
What you’ll be doing:
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Answering and transferring incoming calls promptly and efficiently
- Booking guests in for appointments
- Manging the appointment system
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Keeping the reception area clean and organised
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent phone manner with strong communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- A welcoming and friendly demeanour
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
