Parker Jones are recruiting on behalf of a residential developer based in Kent, who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The company:

Are a highly respected house builder based in Kent with an enviable reputation for building high quality family homes.

Their sites are predominately traditional frame with some timber frame sites as well, between (Apply online only) units.

They have a stable management team and a number of sites set to start early next year, with their growing work-load they have identified a need to hire additional commercial staff.

The role:

As the successful applicant you will be working alongside the Commercial Manager to deliver a volume traditional frame housing development, which also includes some low-rise apartments.

You will be responsible for the timely delivery of this site which has already begun and will be continuing for a further 3 years.

Personal specification:

Previous experience working for a house builder, either as a Quantity Surveyor or highly experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor, is ESSENTIAL.

Experience of working on volume traditional frame sites is also essential.

Salary:

£40-45k dependant on experience, along with a car allowance, pension scheme, healthcare, and competitive bonus scheme.
