Red Eagle Recruitment AGY is looking to recruit a Quantity Survey to join a top mega growth company.

About the Role:
You will work alongside the sales team, meeting with potential clients, taking briefs, liaising with supplier and subcontractors to get quotes to be able to price the project and assist in quotations for the works. Whilst the role will mainly be within fit out and construction sector you may be required to assist with site up for renewable projects as well. To be successful in the role you must be able to:
• Complete a construction phase plan, risk assessments and method statements for the works.
• Manage contracts from start to hand back.
• Visit site, carry out regular valuations and liaise with subcontractors and customers to complete final accounts.
• With support of project and site managers complete projects and handovers
• Knowledge of tender submissions would be an advantage.

About You:
You will need to be a qualified Quantity Surveyor with a strong Construction and ideally fit out background. The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience of managing various sites at once.
• Have experience of managing the programme of works and cost control throughout the project.
• Experience with Health & Safety as well as CDM Law.
• Ideally you will have experience within Estimating

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to be flexible for this role as there is UK wide travel involved.
Hours will be negotiable and the candidate must be able to be flexible to accommodate the work load but standard hours would be 8am-5pm. Work Vehicle, phone, laptop will be provided
