A well-respected cost and project management consultancy is looking to add a motivated Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Kent, Near Tonbridge.

The role of the Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a small but well-established cost and project management consultancy who are based in Kent but complete projects all over the Southeast including London.

As a company they cover a range of sectors including Residential, Heritage, Retail, Leisure, Hospitality, Health, and Education. Initially the Quantity Surveyor will be assisting with a regeneration scheme of 250 new build residential apartments in Kent and the Refurbishment and Extension of Mixed-Use Units.

With support from a MRICS Partner, the Quantity Surveyor will be running projects through all stages, strengthening your pre and post contract knowledge.

This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who I looking for more responsibility and autonomy.

The Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
• Proficient in the use of IT including Microsoft software, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
