These Quantity Surveyor roles are to work with one of the major players within the fit out space. They have continued to deliver the highest quality of work time after time and will be looking to continue this through 2022. They are seeking to add on the best to their already strong team, so it’s now a great time to join the business.

Role

We are looking for Quantity Surveyors who have proven experience of working on commercial or retail fit out schemes, ideally from £1-10 million.

These projects will vary from small fit out’s to major refurbishment schemes.

Key Experience:

* Measurement and valuation

* Administration of contract methods

* Subcontract / materials orders and buying

* Contract obligations

* Ability to form and develop relationships with PQS, design team and supply chain

* Commercial skills, maximising value recovery, cost control and cash management

* Good interpersonal skills ­ ability to work effectively with site management and the rest of the team

* Ability to use / understand financial reports and final accounts
