Quality Inspector – Contract – 6 months – Sussex – 45,000

Introduction & Role

We are currently representing a House Builder in the Sussex area, who are seeking a Quality Inspector to join their team on a 6 month contract.

The role entails carrying out inspections pre-handover of the properties on site ensuring any defects or issues are reported back to site prior to the Customer’s moving in.

Day to day

• Inspect properties prior to handover regarding any issues, snags or defects that need attending to prior to the customer moving in.
• Input relevant data onto the CRM system
• Prepare a report to relevant teams on site and across management to confirm what has been identified.

Key Skills required

• Previous experience within a Technical Customer Care Management or Quality Inspections role or similar in the House Building / New Homes industry
• Excellent communication skills
