We are currently representing a House Builder in the Sussex area, who are seeking a Quality Inspector to join their team on a 6 month contract.
The role entails carrying out inspections pre-handover of the properties on site ensuring any defects or issues are reported back to site prior to the Customer’s moving in.
Day to day
Inspect properties prior to handover regarding any issues, snags or defects that need attending to prior to the customer moving in.
Input relevant data onto the CRM system
Prepare a report to relevant teams on site and across management to confirm what has been identified.
Key Skills required
Previous experience within a Technical Customer Care Management or Quality Inspections role or similar in the House Building / New Homes industry
Excellent communication skills
