We are seeking experienced Quality Controllers to join our team in Marden (Tonbridge area) with an immediate start.

Requirements:

• Collaborate effectively with the Supervisor
• Ensure label accuracy
• Maintain high standards of product quality and safety

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Verify label information and print quality
• Ensure the quality and safety of finished products
• Record quality scores accurately
• Ensure production processes align with the plan
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Physically fit
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Relevant experience in quality control

Shift Pattern:

• 4 days on, 3 days off
• 12-hour shifts (including a 1-hour break)

Compensation:

• Starting pay rate: £11.90/hour during the probation period
• Increased pay rate: £13.23/hour after the probation period

Additional Information:

• Own transportation is required due to the location of the business
