With the support of a strong and dedicated Supervisory team, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a refreshing portfolio of product categories, supplying innovative short shelf-life products to an impressive array of key customers. The QA Manager is pivotal across product & site quality, compliance, GMP, non-conformances, waste reduction, achieving KPI s, and supportive team management.

Requirements;
Experience within Food Manufacturing, Chilled & Prepared arenas proving highly advantageous
Team management / supervisory experience within quality and / or technical

Positive and motivating approach to colleagues and team members

HACCP, Auditing, Food Safety knowledge

Proficient in MS Office

Location: Kent

Salary: Up to £45k DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm, with some flexibility
