Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Property Manager to join their property services company based in near Dartford, Kent

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company where there is the opportunity to grow.

The role entails (but is not limited to):

• Managing a portfolio of private residential properties in North West Kent.
• Liaising with all appropriate parties as required.
• Arranging and supervising visits and repairs.
• Preparing tenancy agreements, statutory notices and all ah hoc admin relating to the properties.
• Managing all outstanding rental payments.
• Mediating disputes between landlords and tenants and handling deposit returns.
• This role is 5 days a week with mandatory Saturdays and 4 days during the week.

A successful candidate will have:

• the ARLA qualification (preferred).
• at least 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager.
• Experience working within Forklift sales or capital equipment sales
• A full driving licence with own transport, our client will provide either a car or car allowance and a fuel card
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience meeting with potential clients face to face
• Cold calling experience
• Experience using social media and being IT literate

The starting salary for this position is dependent on experience, but between £28,000 – £30,000.
