Property Contracts and Commercial Manager

We are looking to appoint are an experienced Contracts and Commercial Manager, the role will provide specialist contractual and commercial management on all commissioned NCC property services and schools PFI contracts. Undertaking VFM assessments, contract benchmarking and market testing, including new contracts and frameworks. Support partners to help towards the delivery of a project and managing partnership arrangements, such as Arc Partnership.

You will be educated to degree level or have significant relevant experience with a relevant professional qualification and able to demonstrate experience of successful commercial delivery of projects at all stages, from strategic definition to handover, across projects of varying scale and complexity. The role will involve managing a small team and you will be within the Property Commissioning team. You will work to a high professional standard, taking an dynamic role in managing risk and health & safety.
