A leading manufacturer and installer of window and door systems require a Project Manager based in the South East.

To Manage the successful delivery of site based contract projects, liaising on a weekly basis with the Senior Project Manager to report on site progress and attend contract related meetings. The role will include assisting in the management of site/depot based staff and ensure that they are carrying out the duties in a safe and efficient manner. To provide a first point of contact for the site client regarding any project issue that might arise. To liaise with the Senior Project Manager to ensure that the financial aspects of the project are reported on.
To assist with the submission of Contracts wage payments, cleansing of surveys, product call offs and property handovers.

Candidates must be self motivated, experienced in managing both small and large teams of people in an autonomous environment. Previous knowledge of managing contract delivery teams in the New Build sector is essential.

Good IT skills and a high standard on numeracy and literacy including the ability to create spread sheets and produce reports will be a requirement to fulfill the role. The successful individual will demonstrate a sound knowledge of health and safety legislation. Full training for the position will be provided.
