My client is a leading construction contractor specialising in high-end fitout projects across the commercial, industrial, education, leisure, and public sectors. They offer in-house design and build, delivering luxury fitout solutions tailored to their clients’ unique needs. The Role:
They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead their fitout construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all phases of fitout projects, from initial planning through to handover.
• Collaborate with their in-house design team to ensure designs meet client expectations and project requirements.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring efficient delivery.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns proactively.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare regular progress reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fitout construction sector.
• Strong understanding of fitout projects across commercial, industrial, education, leisure, and public sectors.
• Demonstrable experience managing high-end luxury fitout projects.
• Exceptional organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
• A relevant construction or project management qualification is preferred.
