Project Manager

Trevett Services have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a building services and leading FM provider in Lewisham.

You will play a vital part in overseeing all stages of project life cycle

This is a permanent position paying 65,000 per annum in addition to a car allowance and a generous bonus scheme.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Plan and program work packages efficiently.
• Managing projects throughout a data centre
• Provide financial reporting for project mobilisation activities.
• Assist in the preparation of quotations for projects.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring successful
  completion within scope, time and budget.
• Attend project meetings to discuss overarching project strategies and
  progress.

Essential experience the Project Manager would need:

• Experience managing projects in a data centre environment
• Experience delivering a project from the design phase through to handover.
