Pay rate: 32.00ph
Duration: Circa 6 months

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead a 300-plot decarbonisation project, which involves works such as external wall insulation (EWI), window and door replacements, and more. This project is with a long-term social housing provider, so delivering an exceptional client experience is essential.

The primary focus of this role is to provide visible leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to ensure the safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Develop and implement detailed programmes and schedules, ensuring accurate monitoring and reporting of project progress.
• Identify and integrate quality expectations into the Quality Plan to meet the required standards.
• Ensure full compliance with all statutory regulations, company policies, and Health and Safety requirements.
• Secure and manage the necessary resources to deliver the project efficiently, ensuring successful delivery within agreed project constraints.
• Oversee a seamless handover of the project, providing support to the customer/end-user throughout the transition process.
• Establish a comprehensive communications plan and define clear accountabilities for all team members.

Requirements of the Project Manager:

• SMSTS/CSCS Gold Card
• Asbestos Awareness
• Experience leading a decarbonisation project previously
